About This Product

Ideal metal foreign substance removal for food (magnetic filter)

■For liquids containing solids and high viscosity liquids

・The P-type Mag Filter (Mag Filter P) is a magnetic separator (magnetic filter/magnetic separator) that is effective in removing metal foreign matter from flowing raw materials and preventing contamination. - Can be used with high viscosity liquids such as butter, miso, and chocolate, as well as liquids containing solids such as yogurt with fruit pulp. ・Since the flow path is wide, the ingredients will not be damaged. ・We can also handle liquids with high viscosity that are difficult to flow, and liquids with solids that easily clog. ・Dispersion of dairy products can also be suppressed.

■Easy to clean

It can be opened wide and is easy to clean. Metal powder can be easily removed from magnetic parts by removing one stainless steel plate.

■High temperature type also available

High temperature type is available for temperatures above 100℃. (However, the magnetic force will be reduced.) Please also consult us about CIP cleaning and SIP cleaning.

■Two types of magnetic force to choose from

There are two types: the standard 0.5T (Tesla) type and the highly magnetic 1.0T (Tesla) type. Regarding magnetic force, please contact us as it depends on the specifications.
