About This Product
The static electricity meter FMX-004 is a multifunctional field meter equipped with a one-chip microcontroller. Compact design that fits in the palm of your hand and features a large, easy-to-read LCD. It can easily measure static electricity up to a maximum of ±30kV (measuring distance: 25mm), so it can be used to identify the location where static electricity is generated, investigate the static electricity level, plan static electricity countermeasures, measure the effectiveness, maintain and manage, etc.
Features

You can select the measurement range by switching the MODE button.
■The correct measurement distance can be determined [LED focus light function]
FMX-004 has an LED focus light function as a guide to the distance to a charged object. Move the FMX-004 close to the charged object until the two focus rings overlap.
■Continuously measure static electricity
Continuous inline measurement and data logging possible. By displaying the measured results on the screen and storing them in the data logger itself, it is now possible to check and record the static neutralization status of the product. FMX-004 main unit: Can measure up to 30 hours continuously
■Measuring ion balance
You can check the ionizer performance in ion balance measurement mode. It can measure potentials up to ±300V, making it ideal for maintenance of various ionizers. The ion balance plate can be stored by attaching it to the rear of the main unit when not in use. FMX-004 has an LED focus light function as a guide to the distance to a charged object. Move the FMX-004 close to the charged object until the two focus rings overlap.

・AUTO MODE [Au] 0 - ±1.49kV (Lo range) /±1.0kV - ±30.0kV (Hi range)
・Low MODE [Lo] 0 - ±3.00kV
・Hi MODE [Hi] 0 - ±30.0kV
・Ion balance voltage measuring mode[Ib]
・0 - ±300V
・Modes can be switched in sequence by pressing the [MODE] button, and the display will change in the order of [Au] → [Hi] → [Lo] → [IB].
