About This Product

Air Nozzle H is a static electricity removal device that simultaneously removes static electricity and blows away dust using compressed air. Each nozzle is ideal for use as a single nozzle for spot-on static electricity removal from minute parts, or for wide-area static electricity removal and dust removal by connecting the nozzles.

■Features

・Inexpensive and general-purpose nozzle ・Hastelloy B-2 (nickel alloy) is used for the discharge needle. ・Can be used alone or connected to remove static electricity and dust over a wide range of areas.

■Applications

・For countermeasures against (electrostatic discharge) of resin films ・For removing static electricity and dust from products with complex shapes ・For cleaning the inside of resin containers ・For spot static electricity removal in small areas, as well as static electricity removal from various resin molded products.
