About This Product

Air nozzle HS-3 is a static electricity removal device that simultaneously removes static electricity and blows away dust using compressed air. Each nozzle is ideal for use as a single nozzle for spot-on static electricity removal from minute parts, or for connecting nozzles to remove static electricity and foreign matter over a wide area.

■Features

・Shockless structure with emphasis on safety (capacitive coupling method) - The nozzle can be used alone or connected to remove static electricity and foreign matter over a wide range. - A nylon nozzle tip is attached to the air blowing part to prevent condensation.

■Applications

・For countermeasures against (electrostatic discharge) of resin films ・For removing static electricity and dust from products with complex shapes ・For cleaning the inside of resin containers ・For spot static electricity removal in small areas ・In addition, for removing static electricity from various resin molded products.
