About This Product
Static bars are effective in solving static electricity problems such as printing paper, plastic film, and other materials that stick to each other, get caught in rollers, print defects, and stains on products. We have a wide variety of models available to suit a variety of situations. It can be installed efficiently on various machines. We also manufacture UL standard certified products.
Static bars are generally suitable for materials that run in a relatively constant line, such as web-like materials or plate-like products. However, it cannot be used in hazardous areas where solvents, etc. are used.
Static bar SS-50 differs from shockless bar in that high voltage is applied directly to each discharge needle. It has a simpler structure than a shockless bar, and it can be said to have a greater ability to remove static electricity. (Models compatible with RoHs and CE are also available.) SS-50CE: Compatible with RoHs and CE. SS-50RS: Compatible with RoHs only.
