About This Product
Blow out ionized air from inside the discharge needle with a clean air connection. Shimco's unique electrode structure prevents dust from adhering to the discharge needle and achieves high-speed static elimination.
■Features
・MF is a type that uses clean dry air or nitrogen gas to blow onto the workpiece.
・Air is blown out from inside the discharge electrode. (Patent No. 2997835)
- Extremely less dust adheres to the static elimination electrode, significantly reducing the frequency of cleaning the static elimination electrode.
- Demonstrates high static elimination performance even when installed at a long distance.
・The material of the discharge electrode is titanium, which is hard to wear.
・The high voltage cable uses a shielded type.
- Comes with 2 M5 stud bolts for installation.
・5 types of bar total length: 200mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1,000mm
