About This Product

Thunder Ion was developed to effectively remove static electricity from winders, rewinders, slitters, cutters, etc. where the distance from the static electricity removal bar for film, paper, etc. is large. In order to increase the efficiency of ion generation, a newly developed disk emitter is used to achieve a static elimination effect that is not available with conventional needle-shaped electrodes. In addition, by adopting the pulse DC method, it can be used without wind even if the installation distance is far. It has an all-in-one structure with a built-in high-voltage power supply and control circuit, and can be used with just 24V DC input, making it easy to install into equipment.

■Features

- Adopts pulsed DC method, enabling static elimination over a wide range. The frequency can be adjusted in 1Hz increments from 1 to 10Hz. - Built-in high-voltage power supply eliminates the need for troublesome high-voltage cable wiring. Easy wiring with DC24V input ・Achieves powerful ion generation efficiency with newly developed disk emitter ・Open-face structure makes cleaning the disk emitter easy ・Built-in ON/OFF by external control and abnormal discharge detection circuit. Built-in LED display for "operation ON" and "abnormality"
