About This Product
A device that realizes static electricity management that is one step ahead. Simco Japan will provide advanced proposals for static eliminator operation status, charge amount monitoring, data, actions, and logging. IQ Easy Platform is a system that allows you to quantitatively manage and understand the daily system status. In the event of an abnormality, it can be confirmed on the PLC side or main screen of the main unit.

■1) Manager IQ Easy 2.0
・Connect up to 6 devices (up to 30 devices using Extension IQ Easy)
・Sensor threshold and installation distance settings
・Ion balance of static elimination bar can be adjusted
・Data logging of bar status and static electricity removal status by sensor is possible (up to 4GB)
・DC24V input, AC100-240V/50-60Hz primary side input possible
-Easy operation of various settings on the 7-inch touch panel screen
・Interface: USB memory, Ethernet, fieldbus (optional) Saving to USB memory and importing data via Ethernet (LAN FTP method) is possible as standard.
- Can be set from 4 types of operation methods: Fixed (fixed), Auto (automatic output adjustment), Manual (output adjustment can be set arbitrarily), CLFB (closed loop control)
■2) Performax IQ Easy Spped (close), Hybrid (intermediate), ThunderION IQ 2.0 (long distance)
・Dedicated bars are available for close range (230mm), intermediate (450mm), and long distance (1,000mm).
・With no air, it is possible to reduce the amount of foreign matter trapped by flying up dust and reduce running costs.
■3) IQ sensor
・Sensor head can be installed at any position from 350mm to a maximum of 4,028mm in length. Charge monitoring across the entire width of the line by installing up to 16 sensors.
・The closed-loop method that specifies the bar and sensor, checks the residual charge, and applies feedback enables optimal charge removal aiming for "0" V. (CLFB)
・It is also possible to output alarms, etc. by setting a threshold value. Early detection of abnormalities on the production line.
・Installation distance can be set on the screen (50-100mm)
