The Model 5822i Ionizer Blower System is a high-precision/high-speed static neutralization blower that maintains +/-1v ion balance in combination with an external sensor and is suitable for strict static control processes. The compact body is ideal for integration into equipment in hard disk manufacturing processes and semiconductor manufacturing processes.

・Highly accurate +/-1v ion balance achieved by combining with external sensors (NOVX 3150/3350/3360/7000, etc.) (+/-3v without external sensor)
・Proprietary automatic ion balance control realizes longer maintenance cycles
・High cleanliness compatible
・Models 5802i, 5810i, 5822i ionizer blowers are designed for use in clean rooms and have a high clean design that complies with ISO Class4 (Fed Std 209E Class 10).
・Fan speed 2-step switching
