About This Product

minION2 (Minion 2) was developed for static electricity countermeasures in assembly processes, device inspection machines, mounting machines, etc. that handle static electricity sensitive devices. minION2 uses a steady-state DC system, a newly developed control circuit, discharge needle arrangement, and ion balance control equipped with unique auto ion balance technology to achieve stable static elimination performance and high-speed static elimination. The compact design allows for easy installation inside equipment. The optional spring arm stand can be used to mount it in areas with limited work space. minION2 can be used in a daisy chain with up to 3 units using a dedicated adapter (AC/DC adapter, DC24V output). Wiring is easy because modular cables (4 poles, 4 cores) are used for each connection. It is also possible to supply 24V DC external power directly to the terminal block of the main unit. The terminal block is also equipped with a signal output (relay contact) in the event of a device error, making maintenance management easy.
