About This Product
Using a regular screwdriver as a chisel is extremely dangerous. Vera's penetrating screwdriver can not only be used for screw tightening work, but also can be used as a chisel by hitting the rear of the handle with a hammer. Vera's penetrating screwdriver is a tough screwdriver that can withstand harsh work.
■Integrated impact cap
Impact caps extend tool life and reduce the risk of debris during operations. Still, wear safety glasses while working.
■Penetrating blade
The penetrating blade passes through to the cap, so it can be used as a chisel and can transmit high torque.
■Hexagonal bolster
Higher torque can be transmitted by applying force to the hexagonal bolster with a wrench or spanner.
■Vera black point finish
The sophisticated hardened Vera Black Point cutting edge finish fits well into the groove of the screw head to hold the screw in place, is highly corrosion resistant, and has a long service life.
■Rolling prevention
Hexagonal anti-roll feature prevents it from rolling around in the workplace.
■Craft form
The basic idea behind craft foam handle prototypes is to design the handle according to the shape of the hand. In 1960, Wera collaborated with the internationally renowned Fraunhofer Institute to develop a screwdriver handle that fits the shape of your hand. After a long period of development, Wera introduced the craft foam handle in 1968. Since then, new technology has updated the craft foam handle, but the shape remains the same. This is because the shape of the human hand remains unchanged.
