Downlight equipped with plasma cluster.
■ Equipped with high-concentration Plasmacluster 25000 to sterilize and deodorize odor-causing bacteria in the toilet.
Plasmacluster ions are effective against the attached "odor-causing bacteria" that cause odors.
・Testing agency: Food Environmental Health Research Institute Co., Ltd.
・Test method: A test machine installed on the ceiling (approx. 2.1 m) in a test space of approximately 3.4 m3 sends plasma clusters at high speed to a cloth on which a type of odor-causing bacteria is attached, which is placed near the floor. Releases ions. Afterwards, the cloth in the test space was collected and the bacteria removal rate was calculated.
・Test result: More than 99% removed in 7 days.
■Equipped with a motion sensor, automatically lights up only when needed to save energy
Equipped with a motion sensor, it turns on the lights when a presence is detected, and adjusts the air volume to increase the disinfection and deodorization effect when the person is absent.
・When you are not home, turn off the LED lights and operate the "strong" ventilation.
・When detected, the LED light turns on and "standard" ventilation operation starts.
・If you leave the detection area, the light will dim to 40% after about 3 minutes, turn off after 5 seconds, and return to "strong" fan operation.
・The detection area can be adjusted to 2 levels using the attached sticker.
■Easily replace existing downlights with LEDs
-Can be installed as is in the embedded hole size φ100mm.
-Can be installed with an adjustment plate for embedded hole dimensions of φ125mm and φ150mm. Our adjustment plate: DL-YA0011 (φ150mm), DL-YA0012 (φ125mm)
・SGI mark acquired in April 2023. From May 29, 2023 onward, the product will be compatible with construction methods that use SGI type mats (glass wool, rock wool, etc.) for residential insulation ceilings.
■Light source lifespan of 60,000 hours significantly reduces maintenance
Thanks to its excellent heat dissipation design, we have achieved a light source life of 60,000 hours, approximately six times the rated life of a typical compact fluorescent FHT24W fixture (10,000 hours, according to our research).
