1. Adopts the same model as the convenience store
We adopted the same model as our multi-copy machines installed in convenience stores nationwide. 2. Adopts universal design
A large 15-inch screen has been adopted as the operation screen. Additionally, the operation screen has a tilt function, allowing users in wheelchairs to adjust the screen angle. Users can complete operations themselves, including obtaining certificates, receipts, and change. It can be safely installed in government buildings where barrier-free accommodation is important.
3. Multilingual support (Administrative services: 7 languages, other services: 11 languages)
It supports seven languages, which are the languages in which administrative services are provided by the Japan Institute for Local Government Information Systems (J-LIS). *Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified/traditional), Korean, Spanish, Portuguese. In addition to the above, the copy function also supports Russian, Indonesian, Thai, and Tagalog.
4. 1,000 yen bills can be used
When paying for certificate issuance fees, etc., our administrative kiosk terminals allow you to insert up to four 1,000 yen bills, so there is no need to exchange money at the counter. Since there is no need to install currency exchange machines, the task load of public money management can be minimized.
