■Needle part structure comparison
In a typical structure, the needle part and adjustment knob are integrated. The flow rate is adjusted by changing the opening degree of the orifice while directly rotating the needle. Flow characteristics fluctuate and individual differences tend to occur.
With FMNV1 (2), the needle part and rotation drive part are separated and the needle part moves linearly without rotating, allowing smooth and precise opening (flow rate) adjustment.
