Cracking pressure adjustment type check valve. Compatible with gas and liquid.

■Features

・Cracking pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily. - Compatible with high pressure (maximum working pressure: 20MPa). - Ideal for small quantity applications such as prototype machines and research. ・Small and lightweight design.

■Applications

・General machinery: milling machines, NC lathes, laser processing machines, etc. ・Industrial furnaces: general industrial furnaces, heating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, etc. ・Medical equipment: endoscope cleaning equipment, oxygen concentrators, anesthesia machines, etc. ・Analysis/measuring equipment: component gas analysis, gas analyzer, etc. ・Energy: household fuel cells, secondary batteries, gas engines, etc. ・Water (liquid) treatment equipment: pure water generation equipment, pure water recycling equipment, etc. ・Gas generator related: compressors, small pressure vessels, various gas generators, etc. ・Others: Oxygen capsules, gasoline meters, forklifts, etc.

■How to install

- Use a hex wrench to loosen the fixing nut by turning it counterclockwise. - Insert the hex wrench into the pressure adjustment nut to adjust the cracking pressure (clockwise: higher, counterclockwise: lower). ・Pull the hex wrench back to the bottom of the fixing nut and turn it clockwise to lock it. ・Check the cracking pressure.
