Japan's only BF diaphragm cylinder.
■Features
- This is the basic type of BF cylinder, and is available in various cylinder diameters from φ10 to 200 mm.
・Available in various sizes, single-acting extrusion type and double-acting type (however, φ25mm or more).
- Mounting brackets are available in L-type, flange-type, trunnion-type, and pivot-type (for cylinder diameters of φ25mm or more).
■Applications
・BF cylinders are ideal for applications where air leaks are a concern or where a sensitive response to slight pressure fluctuations is desired.
・Highly sensitive actuators for automatic control equipment, pressure rolls, and dancer rolls.
・Clean equipment that avoids dirt from oil mist.
- Polishing machine for lenses, jewelry, etc.
・Precision actuators, etc. when it is desired to obtain a constant output (e.g. spot welding machines, etc.).
・Actuator for emergency operation.
