■BF cylinder Category Overview

・BF diaphragm is used in the drive unit ・Smooth stroke with low friction ・No lubrication required and will not stick even after long periods of stoppage - Operates with slight pressure. Sensitive response to pressure fluctuations

■LC series overview

Double-acting cylinder with minimal resistance.

■Features

- Compact double-acting, space-saving double-acting type that can be used side by side. ・No rod seal Since there is no rod seal, it has the lowest resistance among the double acting types. ・Excellent startability: Smooth operation is possible even after a long stop. ・Clean: There are no air leaks or rod seals, so there is almost no dust generation.

■Applications

・Precision press (high resolution load): Bonding of ultra-thin plates. ・Tension control dancer roll: film, paper, fiber. ・Precision air load control: lenses, various polishing machines, crimping machines. ・Air weight: Various test machines.

■Features of BF diaphragm

・It has excellent airtightness. ・Hysteresis is extremely small due to extremely smooth movement. - Operates with low pressure and responds sensitively to slight pressure fluctuations. - Operates smoothly even at low speeds. ・No lubrication required. ・Can also be adapted to special environments and shapes.
