Achieves best-in-class low friction and high sensitivity for BF cylinders.

■Features

・BF cylinder with thin membrane and reduced membrane rigidity (pressure resistance: up to 0.4 MPa). ・The sliding resistance value has been lowered compared to the conventional SC series, enabling even more sensitive response. [Reference] Sliding resistance value (Comparison of our products) Sensitive type SCSA-63-78-S1-B0 2.6N Conventional product SCS-63-78-S1-B0 5 N *This is a reference value. - Excellent sealing performance, with very little air leakage. ・There is almost no change in the effective pressure receiving area, and the output is stable.
