About This Product

■Features

・A coaxial probe to apply to the coaxial pattern drawn on the board. - The external conductor is formed at 3 points, ensuring reliable contact with the ground, and can be matched to a horseshoe-shaped coaxial pattern. ・Both the center conductor and outer conductor expand and contract, allowing safe contact. ・Two types of outer diameter Ø2 and Ø3 are available for high-density mounting.

■Recommended installation standards

The probe generally has a stable resistance value during 2/3 strokes. A 1.3mm stroke is optimal for the CPHF-3P series. (Full stroke is 2mm) Adjust the mounting height so that the stroke is 1.3mm when pressed against the test board.
