About This Product

■BtoB clips are durable by using high-quality probes without using mating connectors, and the total cost of jig maintenance can be significantly reduced.・This product is a jig that can be quickly attached to and detached from a board-to-FPC (board) connector mounted on an FPC with a single touch.
・Unlike jig connectors, it uses a probe, so it is durable and produces almost no waste.
- Compatible with 0.4mm pitch/3.5mm pitch up to 60 poles.
- Due to its small size and light weight, it is now possible to hold it in your hand. (Can also be used stationary)
- Made of polycarbonate resin with permanent static electricity protection. (Excluding floating guide/pin block)

Features
■Connector mounting misalignment absorption structureBy using a structure that guides the outer shape of the connector, it is not affected by mounting misalignment between the connector and the board (FPC).

■Large inspection object installation spaceIn addition, consideration has been given to making it easier to place the inspection object by making the board (FPC) mounting part wide.

■Wide openingWorkability has been improved by widening the opening.

■Probe protection structureFront plate: The guide shape has been devised to prevent incorrect insertion of the test object. Backing plate: Since the guide is floating, the structure prevents the connector from directly touching the probe when installing the test object.

■Floating lock mechanismThe guide part (floating guide) has been devised so that it does not fall down when the test object is installed. (Applies only when fully opened)

■Good visibilityVisibility of the inspection object has been improved by minimizing the height and cutting the upper front short end. With the inspection of camera modules in mind, we have devised a design that does not affect the wide angle of view.*Even if the lens center is close to 2.75mm from the end face of the BtoB clip, it can support angles of view of up to 70°.

■Probes can be replaced while the base remains in the deviceThe structure allows the probe to be replaced while leaving the base part intact when attached to an inspection device, so there is no need to adjust the position each time the probe is replaced.

■Positioning pins can be installedIt has a Ø2 hole for a positioning pin, so it can be installed accurately in the desired location, such as an inspection device.

■Dimensions are the same as the flexible clip connector (M body) due to miniaturization.
