About This Product

We have prepared jig connectors that can be quickly and repeatedly connected to various modules and units that perform input/output wiring using FPC/FFC for evaluation and inspection.

■Conventional

FPC insertion takes time and FPC connectors are frequently replaced due to low FPC durability, which is costly and inefficient. Additionally, the FPC circuit itself can be damaged by insertion into and removal from the FPC connector.

■Use clip connector

Adopts a "clip-on" mechanism, eliminating the hassle of insertion and improving work efficiency. Also, the probe pins are designed to touch the test area to avoid damaging the flex circuit.

■CCN○ series: Standard product

No individual processing. If the compatible conditions such as pitch, number of poles, clip width, and work environment are met, this series is available at a low price and can be shipped on the same day.

■Product overview

-A guide for each number of poles is attached, so it can be used for any number of poles within the compatible number of poles. ・A guide for the reverse side is also included for use with reversed flexible cables, making it convenient for reverse use. ・For flexible cables with a coverlay on the tip, a stopper with a depth of 0.5 mm can be specified as standard.

・Guide set (for 3 to 12 poles) ・3 guide and flexible holding plate set screws ・Flexible presser plate set (for front and back) ・Two 10mm screws and two 15mm screws for fixing the main body
