About This Product

We have prepared jig connectors that can be quickly and repeatedly connected to various modules and units that perform input/output wiring using FPC/FFC for evaluation and inspection.

■Conventional

FPC insertion takes time and FPC connectors are frequently replaced due to low FPC durability, which is costly and inefficient. Additionally, the FPC circuit itself can be damaged by insertion into and removal from the FPC connector.

■Use clip connector

Adopts a "clip-on" mechanism, eliminating the hassle of insertion and improving work efficiency. Also, the probe pins are designed to touch the test area to avoid damaging the flex circuit.

■CCSE series: Number of poles specified/Guide part individual processing

This series is compatible with 0.3mm pitch and 0.5mm pitch multi-pole as well as specially shaped flexible cables by individual processing.

■Product overview

・We prepare clip bases of 19mm width, 24mm width, 33mm width, and 44mm width, and arrange the number of pins you specify from 11 to 101. (This product is 24mm wide, 11 to 39 pins) ・Guides are individually processed according to the customer's flexible shape. The guides are individually processed to match the shape of the flexible cable, so we can create guides that perfectly fit.

・2 guide and flexible holding plate set screws ・Flexible presser plate set (for front and back) *The probe array and guide for this product are designed to match the specified number of poles with the center as the starting point.
