About This Product

We have prepared jig connectors that can be quickly and repeatedly connected to various modules and units that perform input/output wiring using FPC/FFC for evaluation and inspection.

■Conventional

FPC insertion takes time and FPC connectors are frequently replaced due to low FPC durability, which is costly and inefficient. Additionally, the FPC circuit itself can be damaged by insertion into and removal from the FPC connector.

■Use clip connector

Adopts a "clip-on" mechanism, eliminating the hassle of insertion and improving work efficiency. Also, the probe pins are designed to touch the test area to avoid damaging the flex circuit.

■Product overview

- Clip connector compatible with 0.25mm pitch flexible cable. - Two types of body sizes are used depending on the number of poles, resulting in less waste and better handling.

■Set contents

・Clip connector body ・Flexible holding plate (for back side) *The flexible presser plate (for front) will be delivered attached to the main unit. *The probe array and guide for this product are designed to match the specified number of poles with the center as the starting point. *Customer must prepare 0.25mm pitch flexible connector for wiring.
