About This Product

We have prepared jig connectors that can be quickly and repeatedly connected to various modules and units that perform input/output wiring using FPC/FFC for evaluation and inspection.

■Conventional

FPC insertion takes time and FPC connectors are frequently replaced due to low FPC durability, which is costly and inefficient. Additionally, the FPC circuit itself can be damaged by insertion into and removal from the FPC connector.

■Use clip connector

Adopts a "clip-on" mechanism, eliminating the hassle of insertion and improving work efficiency. Also, the probe pins are designed to touch the test area to avoid damaging the flex circuit.

■CCJF series: Width processing, number of poles specified, guide part individual processing

This ultra-compact series is easy to handle and is effective when there is interference between adjacent flexible boards because the width is processed each time according to the number of pins used.

■Product overview

- Clip connector compatible with 0.2mm pitch flexible cable. - Compatible with the type that is lined up in a row (recommended flexible FVS and FVXS connectors manufactured by Japan Crimp Terminal Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). -Uses a compact Just Fit series body with a high degree of freedom in layout.

・Clip connector body ・Flexible holding plate (for back side) *The flexible presser plate (for front) will be delivered attached to the main unit. *The probe array and guide for this product are designed to match the specified number of poles with the center as the starting point. *Customer must prepare 0.2mm pitch flexible connector for wiring.
