About This Product

This device is an ACT tilt angle adjustment device for optical pickups, and is especially developed for mid-air tilt adjustment. The detection optical system can monitor high magnification and medium magnification (or select low magnification) at the same time. The high magnification detection system is equipped with a binarization unit to enable tilt angle adjustment. The medium magnification optical system is used for grating adjustment in optical pickup and initial SPOT image position detection visually. The low magnification optical system is used for initial SPOT image position detection. Equipped with XY-Servo and Focus-Servo to detect the position of the SPOT image, it reduces image position deviation due to disturbance during tilt adjustment and supports efficient work. It is also equipped with two XY stages, making it possible to evaluate SPOT images after the adhesive has hardened. Using measurement software, it is possible to adjust the tilt angle and grating of the SPOT image. Tilt adjustment device function
