About This Product

Nagaoka Screen Internal is an internal device that supports catalysts that transform, react, extract, and separate crude oil and natural gas as raw materials in reaction towers, which are the heart of oil refining, petrochemical, and fertilizer plants. Because it is used in a severe environment of high temperature, high pressure, and high corrosion inside a huge reaction tower, high strength and advanced technology are required. The products created through internal devices are essential to our daily lives.

■Oil refinery/chemical plant

Fuel and chemical fibers necessary in daily life. Our "Screen Internals", which only a few companies in the world are allowed to manufacture, are used around the world as internal parts of "reaction towers", which are the heart of oil refining and chemical plants.

■Internal in catalytic reforming reactor

Catalytic reforming unit reactor with catalyst regeneration function is one of the reactors used in petroleum refining and petrochemical processes. The catalyst is reacted continuously in this reactor and sent to the regeneration tower for reuse. This reaction tower and regeneration tower are radial flow type, and the internal equipment uses our Nagaoka Clean Basket, which is recommended by major process owners as the most efficient and most suitable internal equipment. Nagaoka Screen prevents catalyst clogging and damage and promotes smooth catalyst flow. This is achieved by our continuous longitudinal slots and smooth surfaces.

■Internal in radial flow reactor

Nagaoka Screen is an ideal product as a catalyst container for vertical reaction towers. Due to its strong structure, Nagaoka Screen exhibits excellent performance under high-temperature operation.

■Catalyst container in downflow reactor

In downflow reactors, Nagaoka Screen is used not only for catalyst support, but also for adsorption catalysts, ion exchange resin support, etc., and is used in a wide range of petrochemical fields. Since large loads and pressure losses are applied to the catalyst layer, the internal parts that support it must have a strong structure.
