■It is an FRP water tank with emphasis on quality and price.We have a rich lineup, from tank types for 2t to 10t to panel types for over 1,000t. In particular, large panel types are excellent in earthquake resistance, hygiene, and durability, and are ideal for livestock wastewater treatment systems, etc., depending on the customer's application. The biggest feature is that it can be supplied at a lower price than conventional domestic manufacturer products. 

■What is Ikeda Technical's SMC water tank?Sheet molding compounds (SMCs) are made by impregnating unsaturated polyester resins with reinforcements, fillers, mold release agents, pigments, and catalysts, chemically increasing the viscosity, and compressing the mixture into sheets with excellent workability. It is formed by

Panels formed using a hydraulic press are used to form the components of the tank body (floor, walls, ceiling). The ceiling, side and bottom plates with excellent repairability and interior and exterior materials are assembled using bolts to form a water tank with excellent durability, hygiene and watertightness.

■Characteristics of SMCFRP water tank1.Cleanliness and hygiene
SMC water tanks meet relevant food hygiene standards. External light is completely blocked, which prevents bacterial growth and bacterial growth. In particular, adopting large panels eliminates the existing aquarium internal structure and enables long-term sanitary use of the aquarium.

2.Excellent durability
The internal structural components of the water tank consist of a storage tank system (SUS) and a base layer (SUS PE coating and rolled pipe) to prevent corrosion and rust. External components are hot-dip galvanized for a semi-permanent service life.

3. Completely watertight
A special sealant with an international patent is used to guarantee watertightness.

4. Reasonable capacity design
Various panel designs are used to design tanks of all capacities and dimensions. (L-shape, U-shape, square)

5.Convenient installation
Standardized parts are used for on-site installation, allowing materials to be brought into restricted areas for convenient installation.

6. Excellent thermal protection
A single panel is used for water tanks installed underground, and an insulated panel is a single panel with insulation compressed together, providing excellent insulation for water tanks installed outdoors.
