■Sliding bar rack unlike any other company
Bar racks usually do not have a sliding mechanism, and many of them are stair-type products, which requires time and space to work. The KDS slide bar rack can be installed even in limited spaces, and by sliding it, the lower tier can be smoothly moved in and out using a crane.
■Suitable for various long objects
By connecting them together, they can handle heavy objects up to 6m in length. (Effective storage depth is 380mm) Load capacity is up to 1,000kg per stage even when connected. Additionally, when the slide arm slides to the end, the stopper will automatically lock, allowing you to work safely and reliably. The stopper can be released with one touch.
■Space saving
During sling work, long objects can be hoisted and handled, eliminating the need for unnecessary aisles. Moreover, the arm has a full stroke of 400mm for comfortable storage.
■Load capacity for plenty of storage
The load capacity of the arms is 500kg per arm and 1,000kg per stage. (If supported by two arms, there will be no unbalanced load.) *Please strictly adhere to the load of 1,000 kg or less per tier.
■Easy to work with
The unique pairing structure allows for easy sliding by hand.
■One-touch release of stopper
When the slide arm slides to the end, it is automatically locked with a stopper, allowing you to work safely and reliably. The stopper can be released with one touch.
■Suitable for various packaging styles and installation locations
With a unit-based assembly structure, it is possible to flexibly respond to layout changes and changes in stored items by combining tier positions (50 mm pitch), frontage dimensions, single-sided, double-sided, etc.
