About This Product

As part of our electrification technology efforts, we are developing a drive motor for small EVs. The motor's unique design is an in-wheel type that directly drives the tires. It differentiates itself from competitors by adopting a flat axial gap structure rather than the typical radial structure. Furthermore, we developed a motor that combines high rotation speeds with a reducer to achieve compact size and increased torque. We also reduced costs by using inexpensive ferrite magnets, and achieved high efficiency through a patented loss reduction technique.
