About This Product

■Features of In-Sight 7000

The In-Sight 7000 Series is a powerful, breakthrough vision system that combines flexibility, performance, and ease of integration with fast, accurate inspection. This compact vision system can be easily installed in tight production lines, and its unique modular design allows for flexible customization to meet application requirements. In addition to built-in and external power/control lighting options, the In-Sight 7000 Series features a prominent pass/fail LED illumination ring around the camera body for easy viewing of inspection status no matter where the system is installed. I am. The In-Sight 7000 series is available in monochrome and color models. Resolutions range from VGA to 5MP. A variety of tool configurations are available, from the basic In-Sight 7500 toolset to fully featured 7600, 7800, and 7900 models.

■Flexible design that allows applications to be customized on site

When automating a factory, it is extremely difficult to meet all requirements with one machine. To address this challenge, the In-Sight 7000 design features Flexible Image Technology™ (FIT™), which can optimize image formation and minimize the need for expensive external lighting.

■Fully equipped system for a wide range of vision applications

The In-Sight 7000 vision system features powerful Cognex vision algorithms and useful features that help you solve your applications easily and reliably. This versatile system is employed in the inspection of automotive parts, home appliances, consumer products, and automated manufacturing processes in a variety of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor, solar, and more. There are other model numbers available.
