Cognex's In-Sight 2000 vision sensor combines the power of an In-Sight vision system with the ease of use and affordability of an industrial sensor. Suitable for error-proof applications, these vision sensors set new standards in configuration, ease of use, and flexibility, allowing their implementation in virtually any production line environment.

■Powerful In-Sight image processing tools
Proven In-Sight image processing tools - pattern, pixel counting, brightness, contrast, edge tools, and more for simple location recognition, defect inspection, measurement, and counting applications. The In-Sight 2000 vision sensor can inspect multiple objects with a single image and perform multiple inspection types using different tools.
When you need more functionality or capacity, Cognex offers models in a toolset that includes image filters, OCR, blobs, numeric data output, and 1,280 x 960 (1.2MP) resolution.
■Easy setup with EasyBuilder
In-Sight Explorer software, equipped with EasyBuilder's simple and intuitive interface, included with all In-Sight imaging systems, allows even beginners to perform reliable inspections. If you need complex pass/fail inspections or pass/fail decisions, you can use the more advanced In-Sight image processing system (same as the In-Sight Explorer interface) to build your own vision-based application.
