About This Product

■Overview of construction method

FabluxeDS (column beam joining method) is a new generation high-performance joining method that can create unprecedented architectural spaces in steel frame buildings. This is an innovative joining method that streamlines the manufacturing process, which was previously difficult, and allows buildings of various shapes to be easily constructed. The joint between the beam flange and FabluxeDS satisfies the load-bearing joint conditions, and the rigidity of the frame using this construction method can be calculated as the rigidity of the frame by replacing the column beams with wire rods and making the nodes stiff. , does not require special structural calculations. ■High quality forged steel products

FabluxeDS is a forged steel product manufactured based on strict management standards and has been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on Article 37, Item 2 of the Building Standards Act.

■Column drawing (square steel pipe column)

This is a construction method that can be applied to column beam joints where columns of different sizes are used on the upper and lower floors, and columns with different outer diameters of 50 mm or 100 mm (*) can be joined. *In case of column alignment

■Eccentric joining of column materials (square steel pipe columns)

If the difference in column size between the upper and lower floors is up to 50mm, it is possible to join them with the column center eccentric by up to 25mm.

■Connecting a square steel pipe column and a circular steel pipe column

It can also be applied to column joints with different column shapes on the upper and lower floors, creating a structure with high design and economic efficiency.

■Beam step

FabluxeDS can accommodate beam steps of approximately 50mm within the height range. It contributes to barrier-free construction while ensuring welding quality even at beam steps where UT inspection was difficult with conventional diaphragm construction methods. If used in conjunction with a conventional diaphragm, it can accommodate even larger beam steps.

■Diagonal column (square steel pipe column), diagonal beam

Columns can be joined at an angle (*), and beams can be joined diagonally (*) in a flat or vertical direction, making it possible to create a variety of spatial structures. * Possible as long as the joint width of the pillar does not exceed the outer diameter of FabluxeDS

■Shorter construction period

FabluxeDS has a short delivery time as it is a stock item, and requires less assembly work than conventional taper columns, contributing to shorter construction times.

■Reducing construction costs

By optimizing the structural balance of the columns, the weight of the steel frame can be reduced, and space can be used effectively without worrying about how it will fit.
