Hebelite is a building material that satisfies the various functions required for homes at a high level. We improve the quality of buildings by providing a well-balanced combination of long-term durability based on over 50 years of sales, fireproofing in case of emergencies, and excellent basic performance such as heat insulation, sound insulation, and ease of construction. ■Durability
It is a building material that is steam-cured under high temperature and pressure (autoclave curing) to produce densely bonded tobermorite crystals, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and drying shrinkage, making it a stable panel that does not easily deform.
■Fire resistance
A concrete building material that is resistant to fire and heat. Since the main raw material is inorganic, there is no need to worry about toxic gas or smoke in the event of a fire, so you can use it with confidence. Additionally, Hebelite does not contain any asbestos. It has high fire resistance, and has received various certifications from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in addition to general designation as a noncombustible material and fireproof structure.
■Insulation
It is a lightweight cellular concrete with a structure that has countless air bubbles inside, and these air bubbles suppress the transfer of heat. It protects the indoor temperature environment from the cold of winter and the heat of summer, exhibits excellent insulation performance, and helps create a comfortable home that is warm in winter and cool in summer.
■Sound insulation
As a single wall, it has high sound insulation performance, reducing noise from outside and noise from indoor pianos, audio, etc. The joints, which tend to be weak points in sound insulation, can also be filled with sealant to improve sound insulation.
■Workability
We use an extremely common installation method that involves driving self-tapping screws or wood screws into the steel frame or wood base. In addition, it is easy to cut and process with electric circular saws, jigsaws, etc., and can accommodate complex fittings, allowing for unique presentations. The internal structure is almost uniform due to the effect of the lath mesh, so it is possible to make fine cuts and curved lines, and it can also handle complex fittings.
■Design
The orderly joints of Hebel Light add calm and accent to a monotonous wall surface. In addition, there is almost no worry about warping, and it maintains a beautiful and solid appearance. Hebelite is finished with waterproof spray material. You can choose colors and textures from a wide range of products, and you can't see any hardware such as screws or nails from the outside, so you can get a clean finish.
