■What is hypochlorous acid water generator BJS-600?
It is small and lightweight and can generate up to 600 liters of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water (200ppm) per hour. The hypochlorous acid water produced is highly safe, can be used in the same way as tap water, and has high sterilization and deodorizing effects, making it ideal for use in hospitals, elderly welfare facilities, food factories, etc. . ■The generation method is a dilution mixing method.
The raw materials are "sodium hypochlorite", "dilute hydrochloric acid", and "tap water". "Slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water" is generated by mixing a stable mixture of sodium hypochlorite and dilute hydrochloric acid with tap water.

BJS-600 produces slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water (pH value 5.5) that is harmless to the human body and has the highest sterilizing and deodorizing effects among hypochlorous acid waters, and the concentration can be adjusted from 20ppm to 200ppm. This device can produce slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water with stable ingredients, with minimal fluctuations in pH value.
■High-resolution pump produces hypochlorous acid water with stable pH value and concentration
Compared to conventional pumps, the high-resolution pump discharges a smaller volume of stock solution per pump, and instead pumps the solution more frequently, thereby reducing the unevenness of concentration and pH values by up to 600pps/min (up to 600L per hour). It is possible to generate extremely stable slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water.
