About This Product

■The most advanced glow discharge emission spectrometer capable of bulk analysis and QDP analysis The GDS850A is a state-of-the-art glow discharge optical emission spectrometer that can perform not only bulk analysis of a wide variety of samples, from conductive materials to insulating materials, but also qualitative and quantitative analysis in the depth direction (depth profile). Uniform sputtering is possible by accurately controlling the argon pressure, current, and voltage applied to the sample using our uniquely developed glow discharge technology. There is little spectral interference and simple linear calibration. Compared to conventional arc discharge, there are fewer calibration standards and stable accuracy can be obtained. Features and benefits ■Main features ・High-precision analysis of conductive materials to insulating materials is possible by using DC glow and high-frequency glow (optional). ・Equipped with automatic cleaning mechanism ・The calibration curve maintains linearity over a wide range. ・Reduced argon gas consumption (0.5 L/min to 0.8 L/min) ・Even thin samples or small pieces of samples can be easily analyzed by using a sample holder. ・Various software available as options ・Maximum number of channels is 58ch ■Available models GDS850A can be configured with the following models: ・Single/dual spectrometer type ・High frequency glow discharge type (for non-conductive samples) *Optional ・For bulk analysis only ・Bulk analysis / QDP combination type ・Equipped with high performance vacuum turbo pump
