■The most advanced glow discharge emission spectrometer capable of bulk analysis and QDP analysis

The GDS850A is a state-of-the-art glow discharge optical emission spectrometer that can perform not only bulk analysis of a wide variety of samples, from conductive materials to insulating materials, but also qualitative and quantitative analysis in the depth direction (depth profile). Uniform sputtering is possible by accurately controlling the argon pressure, current, and voltage applied to the sample using our uniquely developed glow discharge technology. There is little spectral interference and simple linear calibration. Compared to conventional arc discharge, there are fewer calibration standards and stable accuracy can be obtained.
