TGA801 is the latest macro thermogravimetric analyzer newly added to the lineup. It maintains the basic capabilities and reliability of previous LECO macro TGA instruments, with key improvements in performance and robustness. Featuring state-of-the-art hardware and a touchscreen interface, the TGA801 analyzes moisture, ash, volatile matter, and loss on ignition in a variety of organic, inorganic, and artificial raw materials, including coal and coke, cement, catalysts, food, feed, and milling products. etc. are analyzed with high precision using the gravimetric method.
With its flexible condition setting, automation, and hardware capabilities, and requiring no operation other than initial weight measurement, the TGA801 eliminates the need for switching between traditional balances, dryers, muffle ovens, and desiccators. This eliminates the hassle of manual analysis, which involves traveling back and forth, contributing to labor savings and efficiency in the laboratory.

■Innovative system design
・High-performance ceramic furnace can heat up to 1,000℃
・Bidirectional rotation of the carousel is achieved by adopting a robust motor drive system. Furthermore, the rotation speed is also increased.
・The external exhaust system ensures exhaust air inside the furnace and eliminates the influence of vibrations from fans etc. on the balance.
・Seamless sample login and sample input with real-time image display of analysis cycle data
