About This Product

■Whetstone with a cerium shaft that didn't seem to exist. The strongest item for glass polishing joins the group

A whetstone made only of cerium oxide and a rubber binder. It has the highest cerium content in the industry and is highly self-generating, making it less likely to clog and maximizing the chemical polishing effect. The appropriate elasticity of the rubber minimizes polishing stress on the glass, and also allows polishing while following the shape. It produces less dust and contributes to improving the working environment.

■Uses of whetstones

・Edge polishing, inner diameter polishing, scratch removal, and polishing of various glass materials and parts. ・Ceramics, stone polishing, scratch removal, and polishing. ・Removal and reduction of minute scratches (microcracks) remaining on the edge (cut surface) of glass materials. ・Edge polishing of automobile glass and various cover glasses. Polishing of physical and chemical supplies (cylindrical inner surface). ・Glass craft polishing.

■Characteristics of the whetstone

・The appropriate elasticity of the rubber minimizes polishing stress on the glass, and also allows polishing while following the shape. ・Because it is a rubber binder, there is little dust, which contributes to improving the working environment. ・Achieved the industry's highest cerium content, and has active self-generating properties, making it less likely to clog and maximizing the chemical polishing effect.

■How to use

- Attach to a tool such as a router, electric drill, or impact driver, rotate it, and proceed with the work while spraying water. ・In order to make the most of the chemical polishing power of cerium oxide, please use it while extending the contact time at the lowest possible rotation speed. ・Maximum allowable rotation speed: 10,000rpm Recommended rotation speed: 5,000rpm or less (varies depending on grindstone shape, shaft diameter, and processing details)
