About This Product

■Summary

YAGEO offers complete circuit protection solutions with overvoltage protection components and overcurrent protection components. TVS, MOV, and ESD products have precise voltage clamping performance that limits voltages to acceptable levels and allows large currents to flow to ground to prevent circuit damage. GDT, SPG, and TSS products act as circuit switches that, when turned on, conduct abnormal currents to ground. PPTCs and NTCs are similar to resistors, changing their resistance with temperature to protect circuits. YAGEO's circuit protection products are widely used in automotive, industrial, power supply, communication, household appliances and other fields.

■Product overview

SPG (Spark Gap Protector) has low junction capacitance (< 2pF) and can meet the quality requirements of telecommunication applications. Additionally, SPG has better response speed than GDT (GDT≦100nS, SPG≦1nS). YAGEO offers SMD and DIP packaged SPG products to meet various application requirements.
