About This Product

■Mechanism of VLR-70Basically, an even number of units are installed, and ventilation and heat exchange are performed while continuing alternate operation of air supply and exhaust every 40 seconds. A total heat exchange type suitable for Japan's hot and humid climate, the heat exchange element is made of aluminum and can be washed with water. VLR-70 consists of a front panel, fan unit, and fresh air hood. The fan unit includes a filter (one indoor and one outdoor), an aluminum heat exchange element, and a fan motor.

We have a wide lineup of filters that you can choose from depending on your home environment and desired air quality.

Features of VLR-70
■Easy design, construction, and maintenance without the need for large-scale duct pipingEasy to install as it can be installed directly on the wall. Heat exchange ventilation can be installed even in areas where there is no space for duct piping, such as open ceilings, skip floors, and sloped ceilings. Furthermore, we recommend a set of metal pipes (VLR-70#T) that is easy to install and is also compliant with fireproof standards. Since the metal pipe is delivered with insulation applied, there is no need for the process of spraying urethane foam.

■Both large air volume and quietnessAdopts serration technology learned from owl feathers. This technology has also been used in railway pantographs and airplane flaps, and has succeeded in reducing air resistance and noise by reducing the vortices of airflow. This makes it possible to suppress the noise level even though it is a large air volume type.

■Adopts Allele Sweep® that suppresses viruses and odorsThe filter uses ``Aller Sweep®,'' which is made of highly safe plant-derived ingredients (extracts of ginkgo biloba, five-leaf berries, etc.) as the main ingredient. In addition to suppressing bacteria, viruses, allergens such as dust mites and cedar pollen, and mold, it has also been confirmed to have a deodorizing effect.

■Aluminum heat exchange element with excellent durability and antibacterial propertiesThe surface of the aluminum has been processed to have many irregularities that overlap like strata. This treatment increases the surface area, making it act like pores and adsorbing very small water gas molecules. By alternately repeating air supply and exhaust operations, water molecules repeatedly adsorb and desorb, allowing humidity to be exchanged.

■Can be washed with waterThe washable heat exchange element allows you to use it cleanly for a long time.

■Ventilation (night purge) mode included as standardEquipped as standard with a ventilation operation mode that continues exhaust or supply air operation without heat exchange.
