■Product description

・This product is a fully pressed cup with a mirror finish on the inside. -Used in units that supply fuel to automobile engines. ・As an important safety part that never allows fuel leakage, it meets the quality standards required by customers. ・It has been adopted by most Japanese car manufacturers, and the entire series has sold 3 million units per month, totaling over 700 million units. -It is estimated that this product is used in over 30% of the cars produced by Japanese automakers around the world (according to our estimates). ・Achieved a 50% cost reduction by replacing the cutting process with the construction method.

■Processing explanation

This is a product created by replacing machined products with pressed products. The mirror finish on the inside is also achieved using only press processing.
