About This Product

■Product description

・This product is a pipe with a spool that is manufactured from a single plate by press deep drawing. ・Because it is processed using a press, variations in dimensions are suppressed and quality is stable. ・Because it is processed using a press, it can be relatively flexible in responding to large-lot demands and sudden increases in demand. ・Since it is processed consistently using a press, it can be processed at a lower cost than other methods. ・Due to deep drawing, there are no seams, ensuring product strength. ・We carry out quality control that meets the requirements for important safety parts used in automobile engines. - Adopted by multiple major automobile manufacturers, with cumulative sales of over 50 million units. ・Depending on the customer's request, we can also accept bending processing in a separate process. ・Can also accommodate shapes with bulges and multi-tiered shapes.

■Processing explanation

It is squeezed from a single plate using a transfer press in over 10 steps, and all bulge and spool processing is done inside the press.

■Notes

・“Branch pipe for fuel delivery” deep-drawn seamless irregularly shaped pipe ・Bending products: After the pressing process, the products are annealed to remove processing distortion before being bent. ・Example of use: Used as a fuel inlet of a fuel supply unit. ・Short types that are difficult to chuck when machining from pipes are no problem if they are made from a press.
