■Serial control to contact control
This interface unit allows you to remotely control video projectors and flat panel displays that only have serial control input using contact control. It also has a network interface and can be controlled remotely from a computer on the network. When replacing video projectors or flat panel displays from different manufacturers, you can easily switch between them using the built-in switch. (No need to change control program)
Features
■Remote control from the network
The network interface allows for easy remote control from a computer or other device over a network instead of using switch contacts. It can be operated using dedicated operation software and does not require an operation panel, reducing costs.
■Easy remote control with contacts
Converts remote signals such as switches to RS-232C or RS-422 and operates by communicating with video projectors and flat panel displays.
■Easy switching of communication protocols (also compatible with PJLink)
By changing the dip switch, it can easily be compatible with video projectors and flat panel displays from various manufacturers. Additionally, by setting PJLink, you can also operate PJLink-compatible projectors from various manufacturers.
■Enables operation of main functions of video projector and flat panel display
It is possible to remotely control the main power of video projectors and flat panel displays, turn on/off projection lamps, and switch video inputs.
*On/off of the projection lamp is only compatible with video projectors.
*Flat panel displays are only compatible with those with RS-232C control terminals.
■Built-in timer control function
The off-delay timer function turns off the main power after the video projector's cooling fan stops.
