About This Product
■A pipe that simultaneously achieves a beautiful "minimum bending radius" and a strict "press-fitting part outer diameter tolerance of 15 to 30μ" Center radius 0.75D (Min)
By minimizing the bends in pipes, it is possible to improve the flexibility in the layout of in-vehicle inverters and motors. It has a proven track record in domestic HEV & PHEV, and is currently in mass production at around 160K per year. Quality can be improved by eliminating problems caused by welding and achieving high press-fit outside diameter tolerances.

・Flat: Cross-sectional area reduction rate = 13% (Min)
・Outer diameter 6~18 = plate thickness t0.6~1.2
・Outer diameter 20 = plate thickness t1.4
・Outer diameter 22~ = plate thickness t1.6
*Available for outer diameters of 6Φ to 31Φ
*Conditions vary depending on outer diameter, plate thickness, and shape.

Φ25.4 × t1.6 CR20=0.8D
Φ17.0 × t1.2 CR13=0.76D
CR = bending center R
0.6D is also available under certain conditions.
■Press-fit part outer diameter tolerance
Guaranteed range of 15μ after surface treatment
This reduces restrictions on piping layout for units that require liquid cooling, and also contributes to reducing pressure loss.
