The Intelligent Power Distribution Module is a smart power distribution and control unit that is a major upgrade over traditional fuse boxes. There are two versions: a semiconductor version that allows the protection functions of each channel to be preset via CAN connection, and a socket version that allows the user to integrate ISO micro relays and fuses.
It is compatible with various platforms such as electric vehicles, buses, trucks, construction equipment, special vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery, and has environmental resistance that complies with IP67. Although the relay/fuse version is small, the semiconductor version has an overwhelmingly thin shape, greatly improving layout flexibility.
Key features include device initialization and load output switching via CAN, real-time monitoring of current and voltage output status, and rapid transmission of diagnostic data to the master controller for smart predictive maintenance and load management. can be achieved.
