■High heat resistance temperature

Silicone rubber heaters can be used in a wide temperature range from -30℃ (*) to 200℃. The rubber sheet on the surface is flame retardant, and the standard type complies with UL-94HB. UL-94V0, which has a higher flame retardant grade, is also available. *Although it can be used at even lower temperatures, it is listed as -30℃ considering the realistic usage environment.

Silicone rubber heaters can be produced in any shape. We can handle circular shapes, perforated shapes, and complex shapes. If you have drawings or illustrations, you can create a more accurate design. In addition to the common voltages of 100V and 200V, we also accept lower voltages such as 5V, 12V, and 48V, and other specifications. Of course, you can freely specify the power consumption (wattage), size, and options. We have a wide variety of heating wire types, and we will consider designs with multiple wiring patterns and make proposals that meet your needs as much as possible. Silicone rubber heaters can be produced starting from just one piece.

■Excellent strength and flexibility

Silicone rubber heaters are flexible planar heating elements. The heating wires are patterned and wired between two silicone rubber sheets calendered to glass cloth. Therefore, it has the softness and high tensile strength of silicone, and can adhere to not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces and cylinders. Additionally, if the wattage density is close to the design upper limit, we intentionally separate the circuits inside the heater as our unique measure against disconnection, lowering the current value applied to each heating wire while maintaining the overall wattage. structure

Nickel chromium alloy is mainly used for the heating wire. (*) Compatible with a wide range of wattages due to the unique wiring pattern. *Copper nickel may be used depending on the situation.
