■Features
・The film is thin at 25 μm and cannot be seen.
・High heat resistance that can be soldered (260℃)
・High transparency with total light transmittance of 92.0%
Conventional SPET (Note 1) used PET film as the base film, but based on customer feedback that they wanted an even thinner substrate, we developed "base film-less transparent copper-clad laminates" and "transparent thin flexible substrates. (Toumei-Usu Yawaki Ban)” was developed. Based on the concept of a board that looks like a board but is not a board, and can fit in with anything, we stopped using PET film and pursued thinness, softness, and transparency.
