A special lens narrows down the conventional light distribution angle (120°) to 65°, achieving high irradiance approximately 6 times that of conventional models.
What is UV LED?
■Support from wavelength 300nm to 340nm
Compatible with ultraviolet wavelengths from 300nm to 340nm (308nm, 310nm, 325nm, 340nm).
■A wide range of product formats
We offer a wide range of product formats including bare chips, TO metal cans, and SMD.
■Integrated production from epi process
By performing an integrated process from design to production starting from the epiwafer, which determines the basic performance of deep UV LEDs, we are able to speed up performance improvements and achieve higher performance through total quality control.
