■ApplicationsCopy machines, plotters, etc., equipment that requires antifouling with ink, etc.
・A binder layer is formed on the applied surface to adhere the bead powder.
・Developed for resin and rubber materials. The surface layer follows the softness of resin and rubber to a certain extent.
・For resins and rubber, we can process a wide range of products including ABS resin rollers, PC resin rollers, urethane rubber rollers, and NBR rubber rollers.
・For metal use, a special resin is applied to the roller surface and bead powder is adhered to it.
