About This Product

This is a two-component curing paint whose main component is a special polyurethane resin, and can be used to treat a wide range of materials, including metals, rubber, and plastics. Also, because it is spray painted, the shape of the other side does not matter. The cured coating has a high coefficient of friction (0.6μ to 2.0μ), resulting in an elastic film with excellent durability.

■Product features- Can be coated on many materials such as metal, rubber, and plastic.
・The coating film treated with a thickness of 15μm to 150μm has excellent adhesion and durability.
- The cured coating has a high coefficient of friction and can be used for feeding devices and as anti-slip materials. The coefficient of friction may decrease due to paper dust adhesion, dirt, etc.
- Accurate feeding is possible due to the high coating accuracy. Film thickness can be controlled.

■Applications- Printers, rollers that require accurate feeding for copying, etc.
・Slip prevention for CDs, DVDs, and turntables
・For preventing the tip of the robot hand from slipping.
・Prevents books from slipping on bookshelves (prevents books from falling during earthquakes)
・Other parts that require grip strength, etc.

■"Bending, twisting, stretching"Urethane coating with excellent flexibility is also available.

■We have different types with different coefficients of friction.It is also possible to add conductivity. In addition, MR8LINE is a urethane coat with irregularities.
