About This Product

Our lineup of tack labeler machines includes models compatible with vial containers and syringe preparations for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as models compatible with PET bottles and glass bottles in the food industry. In particular, we offer vacuum belt type and drum attachment models that utilize our unique technology. For multi-point pasting products, we also have a rotary tack labeler machine. Additionally, optional features such as a label autochanger and automatic connection device allow labels to be replaced without stopping the machine.

■Two-sheet tack labeler

・Realized, all made by Fujiyama, patent pending ・We have developed an in-house labeler head that can feed labels at a speed of 100m/min. All made by Fujiyama. Since it is sequencer controlled, it has excellent customization and maintenance. ・By using servo control for everything, it has excellent smoothness, high-speed operation, and corrective power. A sensor detects the remaining amount of labels and the tension of the feed amount can be varied. Achieved stable label feeding. ・By installing a full-face label suction mechanism, it is possible to handle a wide variety of products (common name: Honeycomb Drum Patent pending: 2022-142273) -Equipped with a newly developed split multi-stage drum. Compatible with all container heights (Patent pending: 2022-15160)
